Dr. Art Niederkohr is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
He received his undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University where he was a member of the football team.
He maintains a scoliosis and pain relief practice in New Baltimore, MI.

I had terrible forward head posture, my neck would pop and hurt so bad I couldn't turn it for days. Dr. Barker referred me to Dr. Art, he is a Godsend. After taking our 5 month old old son all around MI to many different treatment centers and seeing no change in him we knew we needed something different. Dr. Art was our last resort to make our baby the baby he should be. After 1 week of treatment the ""dead"" arm they claimed our son had begin to move, after 2 weeks he was clapping and after 3 weeks he was rolling over. AMAZING!!! We believe in Dr. Art and what he stands by, if it was not for him our son could be still be at doctors 7 times a week and doing unnecceary testing. I want to say Thank you Dr. Art and his wonderful helpful staff for putting ease to our minds and showing us that TRUE results really do exsist. HEALTH is the Gift!!! I have been taking my daughter to various Doctors for her distressed breathing since she was 18 months old, she is now 6. The Md's solution is to increase this AND that medication, limit her activities, never addressing the problem; at her last specialist Dr. appt.she was blowing max. 775. After 5 visits at Anchor Bay Spine Center with Dr. Art, she blew a 1000. Dr. Art addressed her problem, the alignment in her neck causing respiratory problems. She is now full of energy and OXYGEN!!! My daughter has suffered with horrible outdoor allergies for many years. She spent spring and summer taking a variety of allergy medications which would work for just a short time and then stop. Last year when she was miserable, she said she prayed for a miracle to get rid of her allergies. This spring, although skeptical, I took her to see Dr. Nederkohr. We began treatment and she has had absolutely no allergy problems this year at all. I am completely amazed, and she reminded me that she has had her miracle. Now she enjoys her outside sports, camping and swimming without any allergy issues at all!

"When I was first diagnosed by Dr. Art, I had suffered through several years of neck pain, neck stiffness, headaches, and migraines. I went through a year of physical therapy, I was taking 60 mg of strong muscle relaxer per day, but I still experienced weekly headaches and regular neck pain. After my initial consultation with Dr. Art, I admit I was rather skeptical that his method of treatment (the Pettibon technique) would solve my problem. I have reduced my medicine from 60 mg to 10mg, I only occasionally rub my neck, and my headaches have decreased from 3-4 per week to almost none. I eliminated 80% of my prescriptions.
